Job summary

Octane Recruitment seeks a skilled Vehicle Technician for a modern, high-performing Romford workshop. You will carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics and health checks, with fast-track potential to MOT testing and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous main dealer experience

• Willingness to be fast-tracked towards MOT testing qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled servicing to manufacturer standards and diagnostics to identify faults
• Perform electronic health checks with clear recommendations
• Work closely with service advisors and customers to ensure high-quality work
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while growing technical knowledge

Up to £40,000 basic DOE + bonus | OTE £55,000

MondayFriday, 8:0017:30 | No weekends

We're looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who wants to develop quickly, including being fast-tracked to an MOT Testing licence, to join a modern, high-performing workshop in Romford.

Your Weekday Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll carry out scheduled servicing to manufacturer standards, complete diagnostic work to identify and resolve faults, and perform electronic vehicle health checks with clear recommendations. You’ll work closely with service advisors and customers, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while continuing to grow your technical knowledge.
