Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled MOT Technician to join their reputable team in Romford. • Basic salary of £35,490, with an OTE of approximately £60,000

Duties of a MOT Technician:

• Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently
• Perform vehicle MOTs in compliance with legal and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out
• Ensure all vehicles meet operational and safety standards before release
• Support and share expertise with junior team members
• Maintain a high standard of workshop cleanliness and safety procedures

Requirements of a MOT Technician:

• Proven experience as an MOT Technician
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes
