Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to carry out repairs from minor services to clutch and cambelt replacements.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to supervise and support other technicians.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine vehicle servicing to high standards.
• Lead and supervise the workshop team, providing guidance and support.
• Manage workshop workloads effectively to ensure timely completion of all jobs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards.
• Assist in implementing improvements to workshop processes for efficiency.
• Support the team in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and workshop productivity.
