Perfect Placement is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician for a reputable Exeter dealership. The role offers the chance to work with multiple brands in a modern workshop, with ongoing training and a clear route to Master Technician status.

Benefits include a competitive salary of £37,000 per year, potential to earn up to £42,000 with productivity bonuses, and standard hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays required and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician is essential.
• ATA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.

• Conduct general servicing, diagnostics, and repair work across a variety of vehicle brands.
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Manage workshop workflow effectively to meet daily targets and optimise service delivery.
• Accurately diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
