Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Essex is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive workshop. The role involves servicing and maintaining vehicles to high standards, with a supportive team and opportunities to develop skills.

The position offers a competitive salary (£38,610–£44,460 per annum) and a pay rate (£16.50–£19/hour) depending on experience, with Monday to Friday work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and occasional early starts for flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop.
• Ability to perform a wide range of repairs from basic to complex tasks.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conducting minor servicing and general vehicle maintenance
• Performing clutch replacements, cambelts, and timing chain work
• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle faults
• Maintaining high standards of quality control and efficiency within the workshop
• Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
