Job summary

Perfect Placement is helping a reputable client in Braintree, Essex, recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership team. The role offers uncapped earning potential with an OTE of up to £52,480 per year and a competitive base salary (£34,000–£37,000).

A productive bonus scheme includes a £3,000 productivity bonus and time-saving incentives, plus ongoing training. Expect a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays mornings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer's specifications.
• Conducting pre- and post-vehicle service checks and diagnostics.
• Accurately completing service documentation and reports.
• Identifying vehicle faults and discussing findings with customers.
