Job summary

Vertu Ford Orpington is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, repair and service vehicles to the highest standards, applying your hands-on expertise to both routine and complex repairs.

Earn between £28,840 and £43,000, based on skills and experience. This is based on a 40‑hour working week, with Saturdays paid as overtime, plus the opportunity to earn an additional over‑performance bonus.

We’re also offering a £4000 sign-on bonus. You’ll receive £2000 when you join us and an additional £2000 in month 13 of your employment.

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
• Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs

Salary Tiers (Based On Skills And Accreditation)

• Service & Maintenance Technician – Up to £38,200
• Service & Diagnostic Technician – Up to £40,600
• Senior Technician – Up to £43,000

• Hands‑on experience working as a Vehicle Technician at a main dealership
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
