Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join a Lincoln dealership. The role offers strong earning potential and job security within a respected franchise group.

You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, with opportunities to work on both service and diagnostic work. A Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is preferred, with MOT licence desirable.

Qualifications

• The successful Vehicle Technician will hold a Level 3 qualification or have equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a main dealer or independent garage is preferred.
• A valid MOT licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
• Complete a full range of workshop tasks across a variety of vehicles.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with procedures.
• Support and guide junior workshop team members.

• As a Vehicle Technician, carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer and dealership standards.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Support and guide junior members of the workshop team where required.

Requirements:

• The successful Vehicle Technician will hold a Level 3 qualification or have equivalent practical experience.
• Applications are welcomed from fully qualified technicians and candidates with other relevant qualification levels.
• Previous experience within a main dealer or independent garage is preferred.
• A valid MOT licence is desirable but not essential.
• The Vehicle Technician must demonstrate strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
