Perfect Placement UK Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a family-run dealership in Boston, Lincolnshire for a skilled Vehicle Technician. You will service, repair and diagnose vehicles to high standards and keep detailed records of work and parts used.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:30 am–12:30 pm. The role offers a competitive salary with an OTE up to £47,000 and a £500 monthly bonus, plus ongoing training in a supportive team, with opportunities to

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy workshop environment.
• Relevant technical qualifications in vehicle repairs and diagnostics
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving license

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics efficiently and accurately as a Vehicle Technician
• Provide excellent customer service and technical advice regarding vehicle maintenance
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Keep detailed records of work completed and parts used
• Follow health and safety procedures within the workshop environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operation as a Vehicle Technician
