A well-established local garage in Newark-On-Trent is looking for an Automotive Vehicle Technician. This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £38,000, with an OTE of £40,000. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Technician or equivalent preferred.
• Dedicated and committed approach to work.
• Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician required.
• Full UK Driving Licence necessary.
• Own tools must be provided.

• Conduct servicing and repairs on various vehicles.
• Adhere to Manufacturer and Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Perform diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct MOT testing.
• Document servicing and repair information to meet company policies.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a well-established local Garage, located in Newark-On-Trent. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• 4.5 days: Mon‑Thu 08:30‑17:30, Fri 08:30‑13:30

Responsibilities

• Conducting servicing/repairs to a variety of vehicles
• Adhering to both Manufacturer & Health & Safety Guidelines
• Performing diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults
• MOT testing
• Documenting information about servicing & repairing – ensuring it meets company policies

Requirements

• Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 Qualification, or equivalent is preferred
• Dedicated and committed approach
• Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Have your own tools

The salary of this role is up to £38,000 basic with OTE of £40,000.
