Job summary

Holt Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician at a main volume brand dealership in Harlow. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£38,000 plus an OTE of £40,000 and clear opportunities for progression.

You will be responsible for maintenance, service, and repair work to the highest standards, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a dealership as a technician.
• Good technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
• Must have a Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
• Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards.

We are working with a franchised main service centre dealership in the Harlow area who are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department

The Vehicle Technician role comes with a basic salary of between £30000 - £38000 OTE £40000 with fantastic benefits and opportunities for progression.

Key Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards

Minimum Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar)
• Good technical knowledge
• Must have a Driving License
