Rygor Group is seeking an experienced Passenger Car Technician at its Mercedes-Benz aftersales dealership in Heathrow. You will perform major and minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics to the highest quality while maintaining documentation and workshop standards.

Applicants should hold Level 3 in vehicle repair, possess DVSA-compliant skills and a full UK driving licence. Rygor offers extensive training, progression, and a supportive, award-winning culture.

Passenger Car Technician (Mercedes-Benz)

Rygor Group are looking for an experienced and qualified car and/or van technician to join their brilliant team at their new Mercedes-Benz aftersales dealership in Heathrow. As a technician, your role will be to keep your customers’ vehicles on the road via quality, safe and compliant maintenance. Day to day, you will be:

• Performing major and minor repairs to Mercedes-Benz cars
• Performing regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services
• Maintaining inventory in the workshop and ensuring cleanliness from oil spills and dust
• Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles.
• Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired, using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
• Completing relevant documentation and paperwork as required and providing warranty claims or escalating them to higher management.
• Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
• Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales.

Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:

• Qualification - You will need to be level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in PC/LCV Vehicle Repair and maintenance, plus will have experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs. What’s more, you will need the ability to identify worn and faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards and have a current, full UK driving license for the relevant vehicle classes.
