Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Limited is seeking a Vehicle Technician for a well-established, family-run business in Hampshire.

The role covers service, diagnose and repair of pickups, with PDI work and accurate paperwork, plus keeping the workshop tidy and occasionally working on other machinery. On offer is up to £40,000 basic, with overtime pushing earnings beyond £50k, plus 33 days holiday, uniform and PPE, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential).
• Interest in light commercial vehicles.
• Reliable, positive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Technician
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + £50,000+ with overtime
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
I’m recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, family-run business in Hampshire with 50+ years of industry experience and a fantastic reputation across the South of England.
Whether you’re newly qualified or highly experienced, you’ll receive ongoing training and support to help you progress.

The Role
