Job summary

A leading dealership in Gatwick is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop. The role offers ongoing manufacturer training, modern facilities and a lucrative uncapped bonus scheme.

We value qualified technicians with Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair and a full UK driving licence. MOT licence is advantageous. Excellent earning potential through bonus and progression opportunities within a large dealer group.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.
• MOT Licence advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Complete warranty repairs and routine maintenance work.
• Carry out electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs).
• Complete digital job cards and repair documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently whilst maintaining high quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity.
