Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician in Epsom to join a well-established main dealership. The role offers a salary of £39,520 basic plus bonus, a 45-hour week, and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service or Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and efficiency.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with proactive learning attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialist diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs on engines, braking systems, suspension and other vehicle components.
• Replace worn or damaged parts including brakes, filters, belts and hoses.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
• Liaise professionally with customers regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team while maintaining high safety standards.
