Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Technician in Epsom. The role offers training, modern diagnostic equipment, and a supportive workshop environment.

You will perform servicing, diagnose faults, and liaise with customers about repairs, with a rota-based 45-hour week including Saturdays. Ideal candidates have previous service or diagnostic experience, strong mechanical skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialist diagnostic equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience as a Service or Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialist diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs on engines, braking systems, suspension and other vehicle components.
• Replace worn or damaged parts including brakes, filters, belts and hoses.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
• Liaise with customers regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team while maintaining safety standards.
