Perfect Placement UK Ltd is working with a reputable national automotive dealership to hire an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager for their Craigavon site. The role offers a basic salary up to £36,253 with uncapped earnings up to £55,823 and a company car, within a busy commercial dealership environment.

You will lead and coach a commercial sales team, build strong customer relationships, and analyse sales data to drive growth while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dealership environment is advantageous.
• Experience at a sales controller position or above within the automotive sector is essential.
• Strong rapport-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Full UK driving licence.
