Perfect Placement UK Ltd is partnering with a Treforest dealership to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Manager. You will lead a busy sales team, drive profitability across vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessories, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires proven franchise dealership leadership, a strong F&I background, and a track record of exceeding targets. A UK driving licence is essential, with Sundays off and a 5.5 day week in a well-regarded franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales management experience within a franchised car dealership.
• Strong experience in finance and insurance (F&I) management.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and leading a team.
• Stable employment history in a sales management role.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to hit and surpass targets.
• Formulate sales policies with senior management to maximise profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Manage vehicle purchasing, stock, and forecourt presentation.
• Improve process efficiency and manage costs across dealership operations.
• Represent the dealership brand and provide exemplary customer service.
