Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Weybridge is recruiting on behalf of a reputable car dealership to appoint a highly motivated General Sales Manager. You will lead the sales team, shape the sales strategy, and drive growth in a premium brand environment.

The role offers a base salary up to £55,000 with an uncapped OTE around £100,000; Monday to Friday with one in two Saturdays, providing a solid work-life balance and real earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or senior automotive sales leader.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of motor-trade sales processes and customer service standards; UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Oversee daily sales operations and customer service standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional sales experiences.
• Monitor performance with key metrics and take corrective actions.
• Manage stock levels for new and used vehicles.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimise promotions.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, FCA regulations, and internal policies.
