The role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 with a realistic OTE of £80,000, a company car, and clear progression within a supportive management structure. A five-day week with Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role within the motor trade.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and achieve results in a competitive environment.
• Automotive industry knowledge relevant to the Newcastle area is highly desirable.
