Cars2 Ltd is actively seeking two motivated Vehicle Sales Administrators to join our Wakefield/Barnsley/Bradford team. You will provide essential support to the Sales Team, process vehicle orders in line with policy and taxation rules, and perform general office duties.

The role requires a proactive, team-driven approach and a professional customer-facing demeanor. Applicants should have motor trade admin experience, excellent organisation, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office; ADP experience desirable.
• Motor Trade Admin experience preferred (1 year+).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organisational abilities.

Responsabilidades

The Role of Vehicle Sales Administrator

To provide a strong support function for Sales Team.

To process orders in a timely manner whilst adhering to Company / Manufacturer policy Taxation of vehicles.

Carry out general office duties.

The Person

As Vehicle Sales Administrator you will be a self-starting, enthusiastic team player who is:

Remuneration & Benefits

• salary up to OTE £26,500 per annum

Must have a Full Driving Licence
