Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is hiring for a role that supports the Sales team across the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle arrival to handover. You will photograph and list vehicles, update offers online, and coordinate with the showroom and valet teams to present cars at their best.

This full-time position requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a customer-centred attitude, with experience using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings.

• Manage the vehicle journey from arrival to customer handover, supporting Sales Manager and Executives.
• Photograph and advertise vehicles online, update offers, and maintain showroom presentation.
• Handle key storage, appraise used stock, and prep vehicles for viewing or handover.
