Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is hiring a Vehicle Progressor at the Gatwick area. You will manage vehicles from arrival to handover, support the sales team, photograph/list vehicles online, and coordinate showroom readiness. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain dealership standards.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms for vehicle listings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival to customer handover.
• Support Sales Manager and Sales Executives to smooth the sales process.
• Photograph and advertise vehicles online; update offers; coordinate showroom with valet.
• Handle key storage, appraise used stock, ensure presentation for viewings.
