Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is hiring for a role that supports the Sales team across the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle arrival to handover. You will photograph and list vehicles, update offers online, and coordinate with the showroom and valet teams to present cars at their best.

This full-time position requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a customer-centred attitude, with experience using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• + You'll manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival at the dealership through to customer handover, supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Executives in delivering a seamless sales process.
• + You'll take ownership of photographing and advertising vehicles online, updating and posting customer offers, managing showroom presentation, and coordinating with valet teams.
• + You'll also be responsible for key storage, appraising used car stock, and ensuring everything is prepared and presented to a high standard - ready for customer viewings or handovers.

Candidate Profile

• + Someone with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
• + Someone with a team player attitude, who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and always uphold dealership standards.
• + Someone comfortable working with digital tools and systems, ideally with experience in using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings.

Salary & Benefits
