SIXT Manchester Depot is hiring a Rental Agent to be the key contact for clients and colleagues, handling bookings, paperwork, and on-site service within our vehicle-hire division.

You will develop new business through professional email and telephone outreach, respond to queries, offer advice, and recommend SIXT products. The role offers growth opportunities, a starting salary of £28,322 per year plus a performance bonus, and access to our training programmes and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a high-volume agent role within hire industry.
• Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team.
• Keen eye for detail in handover paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Strong communication for clear customer interactions.
• Willing to work shift rotations to cover branch hours.
• Valid driving license with at least 12 months driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure bookings are placed on systems and paperwork sent/returned.
• Develop new and existing business through customer relationships by email/phone.
• Answer calls and assist queries, offer advice and company products.
• Complete paperwork for vehicle transfers and yard checks.
• Maintain face-to-face interaction and professionalism on site.
• Calculate rental estimates, chase quotes, and follow up.
