Job summary

Sixt Rent A Car Limited is hiring a Part-Time Driver/Valeter at the Manchester Piccadilly site. You will welcome customers on arrival, assist with returns, and deliver first-class service in outdoor car park environments.

The role includes vehicle valet, paperwork, and coordinating deliveries between branches with a strong focus on customer experience. The position requires a valid driving licence and at least 12 months of driving experience, with a 20-hour weekly schedule (4pm–10pm, 3–4 days).

Your role includes working outdoors in car parks, welcoming customers on arrival, and assisting with returns – all while providing first-class service. Please note this is a part-time position working 20 hours a week, where you will be working between 3 to 4 days a week, from the hours of 4pm to 10pm.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for our customers
• You will complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer to ensure a smooth transition
• You will manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
• You will inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation
• You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You will assist in refueling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations at all times while representing the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service
