Job summary

SIXT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Damage Claims Agent to manage vehicle damage cases from incident report to repair completion and handover to Billing & Recharge.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, case management, or customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems and databases.
• Knowledge of fleet, automotive, insurance or claims administration preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle damage and repair processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log damage reports, prioritise incidents and categorise accordingly.
• Source and evaluate repair estimates, authorise repairs within limits, and coordinate bookings.
• Monitor progress, arrange temporary vehicles, and perform quality checks before handover.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare files for Billing & Recharge handover.
• Provide clear liability assessments and liaise with Insurance professionals on complex cases.
• Communicate with customers, drivers and stakeholders to answer inquiries within SLA.
