Sedgwick UK is seeking a Motor Claims Technician to join our UK-wide, hybrid team on a permanent basis. You will manage motor claims end-to-end, including repairs, total loss, third party intervention, and subrogated recoveries, ensuring accurate data and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with motor claims cradle to grave: repair, total loss, third party intervention, subrogated recoveries and property damage.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors; explain complex details clearly and negotiate settlements.
• Commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA qualification.
