• Strong working knowledge of Audatex and other estimating platforms.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing detailed and accurate vehicle assessments using Audatex or similar estimating systems
• Preparing clear, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
• Working closely with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure efficient repair progression
• Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers throughout the process
• Ensuring all repair documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes

• Proven experience in a VDA / Estimator role within the accident repair industry
• ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
• Strong working knowledge of Audatex and other estimating platforms
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
