An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Administrator to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Cockermouth.

About The Role

This is a pivotal role within the dealership, working closely with the Sales Management and Finance teams while supporting the wider sales operation.

You'll be responsible for managing key vehicle administration processes with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism ensuring every customer journey runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role involves liaising across departments, maintaining compliance standards, and working with manufacturer systems and industry regulations including GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA, and RAV requirements.

The ideal Vehicle Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Experienced in vehicle or dealership administration
• Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
• Experienced with Kerridge systems (desirable but not essential)
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Experience within a busy administrative environment is essential, ideally within the automotive sector.
