Job Description:

The Veeva Migration Technical Lead will be responsible for leading migration projects, providing technical expertise, and managing a team of consultants in a life sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resource efforts; break down into actionable work packages.
• Communication and Collaboration: Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders; facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
• Team Leadership and Management: Lead a global team of technical consultants, fostering a positive work environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather feedback, understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks; communicate challenges proactively.
• Change Management: Manage change orders; define technical scope and resource planning.
• Pre-sales Support: Provide technical expertise during pre-sales; develop tailored solutions and estimates.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: At least 8 years in data/document migration or ECM, with 3+ years in leadership within life sciences.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ECM platforms (Veeva Vault, OpenText, Generis CARA), migration tools, SQL, XML, scripting; cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of life sciences regulations, validation, and GxP compliance.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership in technical projects, problem-solving skills.
