Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT and pathway coordinator to support vascular services. You will manage 18-week pathways, validate data from referral to completion, and prepare MDT lists with imaging and external reports.

The role combines MDT coordination with pathway tracking, requiring strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to meet national targets.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English or equivalent.
• Customer service, business admin or ITQ qualification, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track and navigate 18-week patient pathways and report at meetings.
• Validate and improve pathway data from referral through diagnostics to completion.
• Proactively secure timely appointments within pathways to meet waiting time targets.
• Liaise with colleagues involved in patient management.
• Manage MDT list and ensure imaging/reports are uploaded before MDT discussion.
• Send MDT outcomes and follow up actions.
