Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT administrator and Pathway Tracker to join the Vascular Surgery team in Division D. The role focuses on validating, amending and tracking 18-week patient pathways, improving data quality, and ensuring timely bookings within local and national targets.

The post requires excellent IT skills, ability to communicate with staff at all levels, and capability to prioritise and organise under pressure.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English or Equivalent.
• Experience in NHS/healthcare admin roles.
• Ability to manage RTT pathway data and use IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage, track and navigate 18-week patient pathways and report at meetings.
• Validate and improve data quality across pathways from referral to completion.
• Ensure timely appointments and booking within waiting-time targets.
• Co-ordinate with colleagues involved in patient management.
• Manage MDT and ensure correct patients are discussed.
• Ensure imaging and external reports are ready for MDT.
