Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Van Technician for a busy workshop in Castleford. You will service, repair and test light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards, with a focus on high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Mechanics is required.
• Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles or transit vans.
• Full UK driving licence and a comprehensive toolkit.

Responsabilités

• Service, adjust and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults and carry out testing using recognised procedures and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and identify defects or potential failures.
• Complete repairs, component replacements, and re-assemblies safely and efficiently.
• Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure repairs have been successful.
• Accurately document work carried out and advise on recharge costs.
• Observe health and safety standards during all work activities.

Duties of a Van Technician:
