Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is seeking a capable Van Technician to join a reputable commercial vehicle specialist in Hull, East Yorkshire.

The role offers a competitive base salary, potential overtime earnings, and a structured two-week rota with early/late shifts, plus ongoing training from industry experts. You will inspect and repair vehicles to DVSA standards, perform mechanical and electrical work, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Van Technician or Car Technician, ideally with dealership background.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team.
• Own set of tools and Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and repair vehicles to DVSA standards, including MOT preparation and presentation.
• Conduct general mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining high vehicle availability.
