Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales, especially van fleet or commercial vehicles.

• Experienced in closing deals and building long-term fleet relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in assigned areas and secure meetings.
• Respond to inquiries from site, walk-ins and wholesale customers.
• Collaborate with after-sales and other departments for seamless customer experience.
• Draft and adjust sales contracts; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and pipeline.
• Promote current campaigns and achieve targets.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from lead to close.
• Develop strategies to drive growth and sales performance.
