Job summary

Holt-Recruitment is seeking an experienced LCV Vehicle Technician for a busy workshop in Runcorn. The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £43,000, with bonus and overtime, and clear career progression.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), has 2+ years of post-qualification experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a full UK driving licence. You will work mainly Monday–Friday in a supportive workshop environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Strong diagnostics and technical problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on LCVs and light commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to manufacturer standards and scheduled repair times.
• Accurately record diagnostics, repairs and parts used.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Liaise professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction at all times.

The Role

As an LCV Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on LCVs and light commercial vehicles
