Job summary

Greencore is hiring for a Van Loader/Van Driver in the UK. The role involves loading vans, coordinating with transport, and delivering goods. You will work 6:00–14:30 with a 5-in-7 pattern and must be able to work weekends.

A full UK driving licence with up to 6 points is required, plus experience in a busy warehouse or transport operation. You will join a large, diverse team at Greencore, with development opportunities and benefits including pension, insurance, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the van loading area.
• Ensure activities follow Safe System of Work.
• Attend daily briefs with management and staff.
• Check outbound HGVs.
• Maintain outbound schedule.
• Communicate with transport teams.
• Monitor inbound/outbound live tracking.
• Occasional freezer work.
• Keep loading area tidy.
• Manage pallets outbound/inbound.
• Perform van routes and deliveries when needed.

VACANCY: VAN LOADER/VAN DRIVER

ShiftTimes:6am to 2:30pm

Pay Rate:£14.20 Per Hour (+ £1.15 for any hours worked between 10pm and 6am)

Shift Pattern: 5 from 7

What you'll be doing:

From the simple sandwich to a range of chilled foods, our customers need fresh stock daily and you could be part of our nationwide team making some of those 3.5 million deliveries each year and keeping Britain fed.You would be expected to work five days per week,which could include mandatory weekends.
