TEAM UK Africa Caspian seeks an experienced Valve Supervisor/Technician to lead field operations across the UK. The role combines office-based supervision with hands-on valve maintenance, on-site visits, and technical support to customers.

You will own job lifecycle from enquiry through planning and cost control, while ensuring safety and QA compliance. Travel nationwide is required; strong communication, leadership, and sales-oriented mindset will drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive valve industry knowledge and hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience in supervision and leading technicians.
• Full UK driving license with willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong safety, QA awareness and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites nationwide to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical sales advice and upsell on site.
• Own jobs from enquiry to PO, costing, planning, and cost control.
• Lead valve technicians and manage working hours and performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and produce detailed service reports.
