Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist engineering company operating in the Oil, Petrochemical and Power sectors. They require a Valve Supervisor in Grimsby to lead field teams and ensure safety and quality in every installation.

The role covers valve products including PSV, isolation and control valves, with site supervision, customer liaison, planning and cost control. Travel and away-from-home work are involved; a UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK are

Qualifications

Recognised mechanical qualifications are required.
Extensive valve knowledge and overhaul experience are essential.
Awareness of QA and safety standards is necessary.
Site supervisory and management skills are needed.

Responsibilities

Champion and drive safety compliance paperwork and documentation in the field.
Conduct ADRs with technicians in a timely manner.
Build relationships with customers through regular visits and provide technical sales advice when required.
Own jobs from enquiry to PO, plan with Site Managers and manage costs to meet CM targets.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores and service line technical support as needed.
