Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Value Stream Leader to run a Cardiff-based on-site manufacturing team. You will lead safety, quality and productivity improvements, partnering across Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver sustained improvements.

Applicants should have a degree in a scientific/engineering field and a track record of coaching high-performing teams in regulated settings. Strong Lean/Six Sigma experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a scientific, engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience coaching and motivating teams.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with quality, compliance and safety focus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making; able to drive measurable improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a manufacturing team to deliver safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Drive cross-functional problem-solving with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to improve productivity and team performance.
• Lead and deliver improvement projects ensuring long-term sustainability and engagement.
