Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, seeks an EHS Value Stream Manager to provide practical, site-wide Environmental Health & Safety leadership in a high-volume, high-hazard manufacturing setting. You will partner with manufacturing, facilities, and support functions to embed EHS into daily operations and drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on managing compliance programs, audits, and risk reduction while fostering a culture of safety and resilience across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree or NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on approach to embedding EHS into day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible EHS partner across manufacturing, facilities and support functions.
• Lead and enhance EHS management systems; support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through audits and improvement initiatives.
• Manage key compliance programmes including environmental permits, industrial hygiene monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Drive risk reduction through incident investigations, process safety initiatives, chemical management, and change control processes.
• Support site resilience with facilities collaboration on inspections, business continuity planning and emergency exercises.
