Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company based in Newquay, seeks a Value Stream Leader to drive health, safety, quality, and cost performance on a manufacturing value stream. The role is site-based and on-site, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will deploy Danaher Business System tools, create robust operating plans, and lead Team Leaders while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent leadership experience.
• ILM Level 4/5 Management qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing leadership role with direct people-management responsibility.
• Knowledge of GMP and medical device quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve value stream performance across health, safety, environment, quality, delivery and cost.
• Deploy and maintain DBS tools to achieve value stream objectives.
• Create and execute operating plans aligning staffing and production capacity with demand.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and associates, including development plans and training.
• Manage day-to-day people processes within the value stream including attendance and payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate support functions and communicate priorities through team meetings.
• Manage performance against the annual budget and material/labour usage targets.
