Job summary

Cytiva in Newquay, UK, is seeking an experienced Danaher Business System Leader to drive sustained performance improvements across our site. You will deploy DBS, coach teams, and lead daily management and Kaizen activities to optimise Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.

The role combines engineering/business acumen with hands-on problem-solving, requiring strong communication at all levels and a track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business preferred; professional engineering certification or masters is a plus.
• Proven experience in process improvements using lean methodologies and project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive DBS deployment and continuous improvement across site operations.
• Lead DBS meetings, coach teams, and embed DBS tools to improve KPIs.
• Collaborate with site leadership to deploy Policy Deployment frameworks and action plans.
