Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher life sciences company, seeks a manufacturing/industrial engineer to strengthen our Cardiff area operations. You will drive lean programmes, lead TPM and OEE improvements, and provide technical leadership on processes, validation, and change control.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to cut costs, reduce waste, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, life sciences manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified engineer with manufacturing experience.
• Experience driving lean and continuous improvement in regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust engineering support and upskill teams.
• Lead manufacturing performance improvements with root-cause analysis.
