Job summary

NHS Supply Chain, a key NHS organisation in England and Wales, seeks a Value Stream Lead for the Onboard to Offboard process. The role focuses on end-to-end supplier lifecycle design, onboarding to offboarding, and continuous improvement across programmes and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive alignment between business, technology and supplier needs, deliver innovative end-to-end processes, and manage end-to-end transformation in a large-scale ERP-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex business transformation and process design.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into system design.
• Proven skill in engaging with Programme Directors and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead future ways of working across supplier lifecycle.
• Define future processes and translate into system requirements.
• Support implementation, testing and go-live readiness.
• Establish metrics and monitor long-term process performance.
• Act as lead authority for supplier lifecycle alignment across programmes.
