NHS Supply Chain is recruiting for a Workstream Manager to join our transformation programme. This hybrid role focuses on delivering buying principles, process improvements and platform initiatives to enhance commercial performance across NHS organisations.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage dependencies to meet milestones, while driving business readiness and stakeholder engagement for new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong programme and project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience in process improvement and business transformation to realise measurable benefits.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and digital platform delivery in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Buying Principles, process improvements and digital platform initiatives that support the Commercial Transformation Programme and strategic commercial objectives.
• Manage the design, implementation and embedding of governance frameworks, operating procedures, systems and data capabilities to drive consistent and compliant ways of working.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts and programme teams to deliver work packages, manage dependencies and achieve key milestones.
• Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support the successful adoption of new processes, technologies and commercial practices.
• Monitor performance, risks, compliance and benefits realisation, ensuring measurable improvements in commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency and value for NHS organisations.
