Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Value Stream Lead for the Onboard to Offboard programme in a hybrid role based in Nottingham. The post leads the design and implementation of end-to-end supplier processes, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on creating a single vision for supplier interactions across the organisation.

The role requires strategic thinking, bold decision-making, and the ability to drive innovative solutions that reshape how we engage with our supplier community.

Responsibilities

• Process Ownership & Leadership - Champion and define future ways of working.
• Process Mapping & Documentation - Understand and document current processes.
• Design & Requirements Definition - Lead the creation of future processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Change Management & Testing - Support implementation, testing, and ensure a successful go-live.
• Performance Monitoring - Establish metrics and monitor long-term process performance.
• Act as the lead authority for supplier lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment across programmes, functions and transformation initiatives.
