Interpath in London is seeking a strategic Director to lead Operational Deal Services, driving value creation for private equity and corporate clients. You will oversee due diligence, post‑deal integration and performance improvement initiatives.

You will build client relationships at C‑suite level, manage workstreams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development. Travel is expected for client engagements.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in diagnosing, and delivering performance improvement consulting projects, pre & post deal
• A track record of delivering operational value creation, improvement or transformation mandates
• Strong financial and operational analytics; ability to build complex financial models and operational methodologies
• Excellent academic record; experience at a leading advisory firm, a Big 4, or similar
• Professional, with the ability to engage effectively with clients in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to travel when required for client engagements

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop a network across Private Equity and Corporates, identifying opportunities to assist clients and deliver tailored solutions
• Complete sell side & buyside operational due diligence, post-merger integration/ separation projects, performance improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, Day-1 readiness and 100-day planning
• Own & drive workstreams including scoping, report development & delivery of findings
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality client materials including analysis packs, diligence reports, workstream updates & presentations
• Execute robust methodologies to ensure clarity, ownership, and delivery to tight timescales and to mitigate risks
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, helping them to develop strong analytical, consulting & deal delivery skills, contributing to their professional growth
• Support business development activity, including proposal development, credentials, sector research, target analysis, and preparation of pitch materials
• Enhance delivery quality and strengthen Interpath’s market reputation
