Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager with substantial experience in finance-driven transformations. The role focuses on shaping value through CFO-grade business cases, outcome-based models and multi-tower enterprise transformations, while leading teams and driving growth.

You will engage in business development, client storytelling, and senior stakeholder management across the Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio, with hybrid UK assignments.

Qualifications

• Big Deals experience shaping and winning £10m+ multi-year, multi-tower transformations.
• Leadership experience building and leading teams with 6-8 years of experience.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management and communication.
• Execution and solution delivery leading workstreams, applying structured methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the client-side value story for major multi-tower deals and CFO-grade business cases.
• Shape CFO-grade value conversations by owning financial models and KPI baselines.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to ensure ROI-optimised deal solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members and support recruitment to grow the practice.
